·         Complete coverage of all machine settings and function (every screen, every number, step by step).

·         Plastic Processing from start to finish (provides a great understanding of molding and adjustments).

·         How to Step by Step troubleshoot and create processes

 

MAC 6, 7 & 8 Maintenance Training Course

 

(Completion of the previous course is HIGHLY recommended)

 

·         Electrical schematic reading.

·         Electrical and electronic component explanation.

·         Sequence diagrams.

·         Hydraulic operation, components and print tracing.

·         Problem Solving and Troubles shooting techniques.

In the event of less than 5 attendants, MHI will postpone the class to the following class date (not all necessarily all from your company – this is a total of all class attendants).  This will be determined 2 weeks prior to the class date.
