SCS Process

The SCS process can improve your profitability by allowing the stable molding of parts having different sizes and shapes in the same machine. Machine and mold utilization are maximized.

  Advantages of the SCS Process
  • Reduced expenses and number of molds by molding multiple cavities of the same part or dissimilar parts in one mold and one injection machine.
  • Easy inventory management and color matching through the use of sequential molding.
  • Lower clamp force required based on the largest part to be molded.
  • Easy production control of small lots through the use of selective cavity molding.

System Features

  • Injection conditions for a maximum of four cavities can be set-up
  • Automatic origin point compensation for the injection start position of each cavity
  • valve gate open/close tming is coupled to the completion of injection.
  • Independent injection speed and pressure graphs are displayed for each cavity
