As standard equipment, Mitsubishi injection molding machines come equipped with our UB screw designed to provide high mixing and uniform plasticizing. In order to meet the wide needs of our customers for enhanced process capabilities such as ultra-high mixing and fast cycle molding conditions, Mitsubishi has introduced specially designed screws that provide solutions to increase product quality and overall productivity.

	Ultra-High Mixing MD-UB Screw
		Extremely high-level, uniform melt conditions are obtained for PP, PE, and PS by using the optimal shearing and dividing actions of a multi-dam section that has a polygonal cross-section shape. This design allows for the stable molding of large, thin-wall products.

	Ultra-High Dispersion MF-UB Screw
		The MF-UB is an optimally designed Dulmage type screw that effectively eliminates color dispersion problems which easily occur in PP, PE, and PS as well as for combinations of master batch color.

	High-Capacity HC-UB Screw
	The HC-UB features increased plasticizing capacity for PP and PE while maintaining high mixing and dispersion through the use of a long barrier zone equal to or more than that of a conventional UB screw.

	Long Glass Fiber Screw
	The Long Fiber Resin screw provides high plasticizing quality with low shear during melting thus preserving the length of the glass fibers.
