Mitsubishi HC-UB Screw

The HC-UB features increased plasticizing capacity for PP and PE while maintaining high mixing and dispersion through the use of a long barrier zone equal to, or more than, that of a conventional UB screw.

  Structure of the HC-UB Screw

 The design of the HC-UB controls fouling of the screw and cylinder as well as prevents wear through the use of the "step land" structure.

 Plasticizing time is shorter through the use of a long barrier that is equal to, or more than, a conventional UB Screw.
