The SRC-II metering system (standard) realizes highly constant metering and the SRC-III (optional) secures even more exact metering. Minimized sliding friction in recovery motion and 16 bits of high resolution digital load cell brings the SRC-II and SRC-III to the ultimate level.

  Highly constant metering of the MEtIII series is realized thanks to the exact repeatabilty, the characteristics of servomotor-driven injection molding machines and SRC-II metering control systems.With the SRC-II system, the screw applies a pressure to the melt for a touch of time after the metering. This process makes the melt density even and brings about constant product weight in every molding cycle.
