The MEII features a built-in hydraulic power unit located inside the frame of the injection unit base. This power unit is used to generate nozzle force and power pivot action of the injection unit. In addition, the power unit can be used for hydraulic cores and valve gates while it's location inside the machine envelope provides for an efficient use of floorspace.
